Due to Muslim law, you are not permitted to have friends of the opposite sex to stay in the same accommodation. If your friend is escorted by their own spouse, then there are no issues. However you cannot place yourself in the position of having unescorted friends of the opposite sex staying overnight as you will be in breach of local law.
