Your children can only attend international schools. You probably have started processes before you leave NZ for this, as places are scarce.

In Al Ain, the international primary school is very good. In Abu Dhabi, the American Community School, Cambridge International School and the Pearl Primary and its new sister school Al Yasmina are all rated highly as is the Canadian International School.

The international fee paying schools are equivalent to or slightly higher than NZ private schools. Cognition will pay up to AED25, 000 per year per school age child for up to two children to attend a local school.
