All staff must be registered with the New Zealand embassy and we have standard emergency procedures in place, which you will be trained in on arrival. The UAE is one of the safest places in the world right now, especially Al Ain. We do insist on people observing rules such as always having your mobile switched on. A phone tree will also be developed.

The emirates are very safe places in terms of petty or serious crime. Theft is extremely rare and that honesty is carried over into courtesy and hospitality which are extended to all - but not always on the roads! New Zealand seems a very dangerous society after being in the UAE for a while. Penalties for misdemeanours are, however, very severe indeed.
