Again, the performance management system operates, but there are many checks and systems in place which do as much as possible to ensure that this does not happen, as it would put the contract at risk. Our work is monitored by ourselves, as well as the client’s monitoring agency who visit all the schools and report on progress. Our own evaluation and quality assurance process will begin at the start of the contract, and again, we will work through this with you in the weeks before you start in the schools. It will be a support mechanism, so that you will know what is expected of you and your team, and so that we have consistency of quality delivery of our support across all 24 schools
