If you have any issues, there are many people to assist, from the Project Director to HR support, Schooling Improvement Leader to the Lead Advisor in your schools. However, this is a commercial contract with a client who expects quality delivery, and it’s a very different world from teaching in a New Zealand school. The induction will take you through some of the issues you are likely to meet and how you can access appropriate support. We do expect people to have resilience, a degree of independence, and be resourceful in this new, challenging, but very satisfying environment. Your Project Director, Schooling Improvement Leader or Lead Advisor in the school you work at as well as your buddy and colleagues are all there to support you.
