Yvonne Collins Customer Services Officer Payroll Multiserve

As a Customer Service Officer, I am the first contact most people have with Multiserve Payroll. I feel it is important to provide a positive and helpful service to both callers and colleagues. Our Payroll department is full of team players who, during difficult times, support each other by sharing information and workloads to ensure our deadlines are met. Our office is a fun, multi-cultural environment and we celebrate many special occasions and recognize important events in others’ lives. Cognition’s Multiserve Payroll is a large dedicated team of considerate, friendly people who balance patience and hard-work with humour and fun.
