The Ministry of Education (MoE) has engaged Cognition Education (Cognition) to deliver the ‘Gifted and Talented Education’ contract.
The broad objectives of the contract pertaining to the development of an Identification Toolkit are:
- To design, test and evaluate a toolkit that can be used to identify Gifted and Talented students
- To seek feedback from stakeholders as to the effectiveness of these tools.

- Gifted and talented stakeholders: teachers, principals, professional leaders and academics
Major Objectives
The major objectives of the Identification Toolkit are to:
- Provide teachers with a range of quality assured tools that can be used to identify Gifted and Talented students
- Provide schools with support to use these tools in appropriate and effective ways
This module will be quality assured by Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY) faculty
