Anna Sullivan is a consultant in our education consultancy team. Anna is currently the consortium manager for Te Toi Tupu - Leading Learning Network, a group of five organisations - Cognition, CORE education, University of Waikato, Waikato-Tainui College for Research and Development and NZCER - who have a series of contracts with the Ministry of Education to deliver professional learning and development to New Zealand schools. Anna is also involved in Cognition's Visible Learning Plus team, carries out quality assurance of the company's projects and develops plans and proposals for New Zealand and off-shore work.

Chris Henderson is a consultant with a background in international community development. Regionally Chris specializes in South and South East Asia; He has previously worked in Indonesia and the Philippines and speaks Indonesian. He has classroom experience as a Geography teacher, and is passionate about the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development in low decile New Zealand Schools. As Project Coordinator of an award winning WWF Environmental Education Project, Komathi developed, delivered and evaluated a range of education programmes for teachers, journalists, and the public. Her research experiences, both quantitative and qualitative, include work with the World Fish Center, University of Canterbury, and Lincoln University. Currently, as Research Analyst with Cognition, Komathi draws from these experiences in planning and implementing effective research and evaluation work for Cognition’s clients.
